One of BusyBusy’s most-used management tools just got a major upgrade. The enhanced Time Off feature gives admins more flexibility to customize company policies and ensures employees have clear, accurate records of their time away.

What’s New

  • Create up to five custom time-off types, such as Bereavement, Jury Duty, or Sabbatical
  • Choose whether your company supports Paid, Unpaid, or both
  • Require hours entry for unpaid time-off requests to improve payroll accuracy
  • Access a new Yearly Time-Off Report showing total Paid and Unpaid hours per employee

Time Off updates are available on Web, iOS, and Android, with full customization and reporting on the web. Included with Pro and Premium plans.

Zapier Integration Expansion: Smarter Automation, Seamless Connectivity

BusyBusy’s Zapier integration is now more powerful than ever, making it easier to connect your jobsite data with over 8,000+ apps — no coding required. With more automation options and an AI-powered setup, you can spend less time on manual tasks and more time managing what matters most.

What’s New

  • Over 85 actions, triggers, and search actions (up from 35 at launch)
  • Expanded automations across Safety, Scheduling, JSAs, and Equipment
  • AI Copilot in Zapier lets users describe workflows in plain language — and builds them automatically
  • Embedded integration under Settings → Integrations → Additional Automated Solutions
