With Custom Fields, Admins can now add up to five custom data fields to Employees, Projects, Cost Codes, and Equipment — no extra setup or development required. You choose what to track, and your custom fields appear on the web, mobile, and in reports, so your team has access to the details they need, right where they need them. Sensitive information? No problem — you can mark fields as Admin Only to control who sees what.
For companies who also use BusyBusy’s custom payroll exports, these custom fields flow through to your payroll data — making it easier to match internal codes like departments, union classifications, or job types with your payroll system.

Duplicate Safety Trainings: Faster Scheduling, Less Rework

With the new Duplicate Safety Trainings feature, you can quickly copy an existing training, pre-filled with all the details you need. Change the date, update the attendees, or swap the training material — all without starting from scratch.
