The latest update to BusyBusy’s construction time tracking software—the 2025.3 release—introduces powerful new tools to help construction teams work smarter, faster, and safer. Designed to enhance jobsite management, improve GPS tracking accuracy, simplify equipment tracking, and streamline safety training, these features address real-world challenges faced by supervisors, crew leaders, and project managers. Whether you’re managing timecards, reviewing safety compliance, or tracking productivity across multiple worksites, BusyBusy 2025.3 release gives you the tools to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
Export Reports Faster
One of the most requested upgrades is here: flexible report exports. You can now export a broad range of reports as CSV files, making data analysis and recordkeeping easier than ever, all within a Construction Time Tracking Software you can trust.
New Exportable Reports Include:
Per Diem and Per Diem Requests
Time Off and Processed Time Off
GPS Outside Project Activity
Photo Verification
Machine vs. Operator Comparison
GPS Disabled Report
Budget Performance Metrics
Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Open the desired report, apply filters as needed, and tap the three-dot menu to export as CSV.
Multi-Equipment Tracking in Kiosk Mode
Previously limited to mobile users, multi-equipment tracking is now available in Kiosk Mode. Employees clocking in through a shared kiosk can now select up to 10 pieces of equipment using the “Add-On Equipment” feature.
To enable, activate “Multiple Equipment Tracking” in your company’s Equipment Settings—perfect for teams using heavy machinery and multiple assets per shift. With multi-equipment tracking now available in Kiosk Mode, our construction time tracking software empowers field crews to accurately log usage across multiple assets—no manual workarounds required.
New GPS Dashboard Cards for Field Oversight in our 2025.3 Release
BusyBusy’s GPS time tracking just got smarter with two new dashboard cards that enhance field visibility:
– GPS Flag Overview
Displays GPS pings outside the project geofence and shows whether they’ve been authorized or denied. Tap to view full details.
– GPS Disabled Tracker
See which employees have disabled GPS tracking with direct links to the detailed report.
These cards are customizable—use the dashboard settings to toggle visibility and drag to reorder them. These GPS upgrades are yet another example of how our construction time tracking software helps supervisors maintain visibility across the jobsite, reducing inefficiencies and preventing compliance issues.
Speed Up Approvals in Your Construction Time Tracking Workflow
Tired of signing documents over and over? The new “Remember Signature” toggle lets BusyBusy autofill your saved signature the next time you’re required to sign:

This is a massive time-saver for supervisors who manage multiple approvals per day.
Preloaded CalOsha-Compliant Safety Trainings (Now with Risk-Reducing Power)
California contractors know that staying compliant with CalOsha regulations is not just about safety—it’s also about protecting your business from legal and financial risk. With BusyBusy 2025.3, you now have access to a powerful toolset that does both.
BusyBusy’s Safety Training Library has been expanded to include hundreds of preloaded CalOsha-compliant training modules, many of which are available in Spanish to support diverse crews. These modules can be easily filtered by source and assigned through both the mobile app and web platform—making it easier than ever to ensure your teams are trained, documented, and protected.
Why This Matters: PAGA, Lawsuits, and Contractor Liability
California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) has made it easier than ever for employees to file lawsuits over labor violations—including inadequate safety training and documentation. Even minor oversights in training logs or compliance records can lead to devastating class-action-style penalties, often resulting in six- or seven-figure settlements.
With BusyBusy:
You can assign CalOsha-compliant trainings by role, task, or jobsite.
Signature tracking and audit trails ensure clear evidence that training was delivered and completed.
Training records are centralized and exportable, helping you prepare for audits and defend against claims.
For California contractors, this is more than convenience—it’s a compliance safety net. Read more about how BusyBusy can reduce your PAGA Headache.
Boost Safety Compliance with new JSA Features in our 2025.3 Release
BusyBusy’s JSA tool continues to evolve with upgrades that improve accountability, visibility, and legal compliance.
Key JSA Features in 2025.3:
Versioned Signatures: Record the exact JSA version reviewed by each signer
External Signatures: Let subcontractors and visitors sign JSAs
Task & Project-Based Assignments: Assign JSAs by task or cost code, with repeat review rules
Review Without Clock-In: Employees can now review JSAs anytime, including in training sessions
Signature Tracking: Signatures collected during training now appear in both JSA and Safety logs
PDF Exports: Export JSAs (with signatures and photos) by date or in bulk
These upgrades help reduce liability and streamline construction safety compliance. See what OSHA recommends when implementing JSAs at your company with OSHA’s JSA Handbook.
