Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing our automated marketing efforts to drive user engagement, retention, and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute trigger-based marketing campaigns using Hubspot, Outreach, and Intercom’s marketing automation software.
• Create customer segments to deliver targeted, personalized communications.
• Write engaging email content to educate, inform, and attract audiences to our product.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to improve email open rates, click rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide weekly reports to the marketing team for all active and upcoming campaigns.
• Maintain list health for each platform, monitor deliverability, and comply with regulations and best practices.
• Continuously explore and propose new strategies for customer acquisition, brand awareness, and client retention.

Compensation: Salary (depending on experience) plus commission.
