Conversion Rate Optimization Intern

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Intern. This role will consist of working on several marketing channels, including our website and all landing pages, paid ads, and outbound messaging. 

To do well in this role, you will need to be proactive and have an affinity for analyzing data. You will also need the tactical skills to make website changes, familiarity with A/B testing, and create and execute optimization strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies. Including working closely with our data and marketing teams as you analyze website data, conduct user research, and create hypotheses to improve website conversion rates, email engagement, and paid ad performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Develop, test, and implement strategies aimed at converting leads into paying customers.
• Use data to identify areas of the website and user interface that can be improved to boost conversion rates.
• Design, conduct, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to draw conclusions and make improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including design, development, and marketing) to implement changes and improvements.
• Conduct customer and market research to understand user behavior and incorporate findings into optimization strategies.
• Regularly report on key performance metrics, conversion rates, and test outcomes to company stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in HTML, and CSS.
