WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Automation Specialist at busybusy, your primary function will be to maintain, improve, and automate our current systems to enhance efficiency across different departments. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in the following areas:

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Maintain and connect various integrations with Salesforce ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
• Build informative dashboards and reports using Domo, our Business Intelligence tool.
• Proficiency in MySQL, including running SQL queries and conducting data analysis.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation workflows using Python to streamline processes and optimize system performance.
• Utilize AWS services to design and implement scalable and secure automation solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations and RESTful web services.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements throughout the organization.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
